Direct Support Professional (Day Program)
Vocational Direct Support Professional Lead – Full-time ($12.24/hr) - Will provide appropriate training for assigned individuals; maintain documentation including progress notes, observation records, incident reports; maintain cleanliness of assigned area; transport consumers to and from the program as assigned; provide technical assistance for vocational trainers; provide on-the-job training for new hires as assigned and mentor vocational trainers. Hours may vary, but primarily Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Vocational Direct Support Professional Substitute – ($8.12/hr) Will provide appropriate training for assigned individuals; maintain documentation including progress notes, observation records, incident reports; maintain cleanliness of assigned area; transport consumers to and from the program as assigned. Work may be on-site or off-site. Hours may vary, but primarily Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.Direct Support Professional (Residential) Full-time ($12/hr), Part-time ($12/hr) and Subs ($8.12/hr)
The Direct Support Professional will provide training and care to consumers in assigned residence; transport consumers as needed; ensure the well-being of assigned consumers; and maintain cleanliness in assigned residence. You may be required to assist consumers with feeding, toileting and bathing. Duties are semi-routine, requiring judgments within established agency guidelines. Schedules may include days, evenings, nights and weekends.
We also offer the above positions in high management residential facilities. These are individuals who may present more intensive emotional and/or behavioral problems. The pay for these positions is as follows: Full-time ($13/hr) and Part-time ($13/hr).
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - PTThe LPN will provide direct nursing care to assigned residential consumers; monitor the general health of assigned consumers; maintain medical charts and write quarterly progress notes; oversee medication administration; schedule medical appointments and escort consumers when necessary; participate in team meetings; complete nursing assessments; provide first aid and assist with medical emergencies when needed; and participate in the nursing on-call rotation. Completion of an accredited degree program or LPN School of Nursing; Valid current LPN license from the South Carolina State Board of Nursing.
